With our hectic and busy lives, finding the time for a weekly pamper session for the most of us is seldom a reality. But sometimes we just need to take a step back and find a spare moment for a little bit of ‘me time’ to relax, recoup and look after ourselves. And what better way to do that than with our Natura Siberica range? Kiara from Lion in the Wild recently shared with us her steps to a relaxing weekend pamper session in a recent blog post. This weekend why not clear your schedule and follow her steps to your own DIY at home pamper session.
Step 1: Ambience
Nothing says pamper time like the soft light of flickering candles – it’s like a cue to relax and let your stresses from the week slip away. So before you get into the tub, light a candle and have your Natura Siberica pamper products ready and nearby.
Step 2: Relax
Kiara recommends adding something a little bit more special before jumping into your steamy hot bath, in this case our Natura Siberica Revitalizing Bath Salts. She says, “Not only do they make the room smell even more delicious, but they also stop your skin from drying out thanks to extracts and oils including one of my all-time personal favourites, rose hip oil.” We can’t think of anything better.
Step 3: Scrub
Next up is scrub time and for this Kiara suggests exfoliating your skin using our award-winning Obelpikha and Honey Body Scrub. She says, “This particular scrub is good for all sorts of things including nourishing, firming and detoxifying, which in turn means beautiful, glowing skin (hoorah!).”
Step 4: Nourish
After your time in the tub, it’s time to replenish your skin. Kiara does this using our Natura Siberica Oblepikha Body Butter. With its rich texture and combination of essential oils such as Altai Sea Buckthorn and Elfin Cedar Oil, skin is left deeply nourished and moisturised. Kiara then suggests finishing off with our Natura Siberica Oblepikha Hand Cream and Oblepikha Foot Cream for that extra dose of hydration for your hands and feet.
